Description

The EW432 is a latch-type Hall IC that combines an InSb high-sensitivity Hall element and a waveform shaping IC using a unique assembling technology.
The EW432 uses a high-sensitivity InSb Hall element, so it can obtain a TTL level digital signal with good duty ratio over a wide temperature range.
